Documents needed to sell a property on which a partition suit is on

Hi, we have our house in Bangalore and the partition suit case filed for multiple site including our one.the case been progress past 2 years and now planning to sell the house to other person by explaining the case details thoroughly.If someone agree to buy our house during this situation.How to transfer the case ownership to buyers properly.So that we will be completely relieving from the case and leave.Please someone explain the high level steps to do this thank you!!
sorry it is not possible because the partition suit is in the court therefore according to transfer of property act and the rulings of the court up to disposal of the case the court will not allow to do any transaction related to the disputed property. After the verdict of the court you may sell your share in the partition.
