My father who is alive written a will pending fone land to me,but i want to register and document that i dont need any of his property, having one younger brother, he may take.
By writing a Will the property will not come to you immediately, but only after your father's time. After your father you can settle the property to your brother or someone else. You can relinquish something which you have right now, not the one which will come to you in future.
