Document verification of a property which is not Rera approved

04-Aug-2025 (In Property Law)
Hi I am planning to buy a builder flat in a five story building in Indore which is not Rera approved but it's a ready to move property and some families are already shifted. Few govt institutions and banks are providing loans as well for buying this property. I asked land tital he said original papers are submitted to the bank. Since its not Rera approved what documents I should verify or need to be asked from the builder before making a decision? How would I check that there is no liability?

If the property is more than 500 square mtrs then it is mandatory to get it registered under rera by the developer or builder .Without a rera registration it is risky to buy such property as there are chances of fraud to be played with the buyer ,untimely delivery of possession and other loopholes. Contqct for any help.
