Document required for floor transfer in Ghaziabad

Sir, We want to purchase a floor of 200 sq.yrds in Ghaziabad. The floor is in the joint name of Husband and wife. The husband died in 2016 and now the property has not been transferred i9n the wife's name and the legal heir certificate has been obtained. She has three children as on date. One daughter married, son married and and a daughter is unmarried. Now Suggest me Sir which document is required here to get the property transferred in wife's name as relinquish deed is not valid in UP
