Do I own my share of the open area or the society?

11-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, I got in an agreement with a builder for construction and made an agreement where he gets the license to procure the required government sanctions and construct. After completion he handed over the number of flats that were mentioned on the agreement. So the questions are: 1. Do I own my share of the open area? Or the society? 2. Can I form a separate society of my building from that of the builders building? 3. The builder charged me for electric meter and transfer of title. Is it legal?

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. Share of open area is concern specific provision is needed in sale deed if yes then you can get it.
2. If You & your all members of society agreed for formation of society then you can do that.

What are the content of that agreement that you had sing with the builder? Based on this content your share will be decided. To form society you have freedom to do it. No builder can't charged you for it.
