My grandfather’s father died without a will later my grandfather and his brother divided the farmland long ago .Now my grandfather did gift deed my uncle (I.e)his son.Do my mom has share in this land .The land was bought by my grandfathers grandfather

hi yes your mom can claim share in such property if it is of ancestral nature then you could file suit for partition if they are denying her share to divide into equal parts and then you could obtain necessary relief from court
