Do i have share in my brothers property

sir my brother bought a land and at that time i was only 4 years old so will i get a share on it
That depends upon facts. First requisite is that property must brought under hindu undivided family. Second is it must be brought by means of hindu undivided family.If your case falls under aforesaid categories, then you have a case.brother

If it can be established by you that your brother had purchased the said land from the joint Hindu Family Fund or from the money given by your father and also that your brother had no independent income at the time of purchase of that land, then you can have share in the said land otherwise not.
