Do I have any right over my grandfathers self acquired property

hi, i am 20 yrs old my mom and dad are leaving seperatly for 17 years and my dad is leaving with my grandfather. my grandfather has self acquired property . do i have any right on that property. moreover my dad is earning but my mom has not get any allumni from him can she claim that (sikh)

You have no right in grandfather's self acquired property.. Your mother can claim maintenance from your father if she is unable to maintain herself, but had to explain for non filing the maintenance for such a dealy of 17 years.

Firstly you have no right or interest in the self acquired property of your grand father, but your mother can file a suit claiming arrears of maintenance and future maintenance against your father in court
