Do any law protect my grandmother's right to inherit a house

11-May-2025 (In Property Law)
Good Morning/Evening sir I am from Kannur. My great grandmother passed two years ago. My grandmother has to share the land we live with her three brothers and a sister. We the descendants of our grandmother live in this house in that land. My grandmother and we do not have another house to move to or the capacity to do so. The rest of my grandmother's siblings have houses of their own. My grandmother has been living in this house since the house was built. Now they want to sell the house we live

you can file civil suit against your siblings seeking a prayer of permanent prohibitory injunction restraining them from transgfering thier shares over the property. you must show solid reasons for allowing the suit
