Division of Ancestor House after the parents death

12-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
I am Hindu.I have one elder brother who is rich and influential. He is doing construction over undivided Ancestral House inspite of warning that don't make construction over undivided house, and now when both our parents are dead and the point of property division came,he is not willing to divide property equally and claiming that he has made construction and he wants greater share.I want justice and want to know the legal opinion.

File a partition suit. Seek an interim stay so that the status quo of the property isn’t changed and he does not creates any third party rights in this property. Contact a local lawyer in your city practicing on the civil side
