Dividing agricultural land in karnataka in to sub-survey numbers

Hello,
A group of friends owns 5.5 acres of agricultural land in an LLP in Chincholi. Now, we want to own the land in our name instead of an LLP. We want to divide and create sub-survey numbers under the LLP so that transfer becomes convenient for us. The registration office is forcing us to subdivide and register at the same time making it inconvenient for all of us. How can we make the subdivide first and register each of the parcels at our convenience.
