Distribution of grandmother property between her childrens

Hello sir/mam myself kattewar ankur. on 28th june 2021 my grandmother (mothers mom) died. She has 5 children, three daughters and two sons. She had some gold and one bunglow as a property. Now the dispute arises between them. Sons are saying that we will only give mothers gold to daughters and they will take the bunglow. But according to indian law even daughters are eligible for other property that is bunglow. The partition should be distributed equally between 5 of them. So please help me what should be done in order to have equally distributed property. What are the procedure

Firstly are the daughters interested in the bungalow for inheritance secondly if the gold is being fully distributed between three daughters and bungalow between the brothers then in an ideal situation getting into litigation will be time consuming
However if all parties are at loggerheads it is advisable to issue a legal notice and obtain a stay if apprehended on the bungalow sale against your uncle
