Distribution of ancestral property among siblings

My dad has and got ancestor property..we r 5 children...in that 2 children want the money of property worth...I'm ready to pay them...what is the procedure to take my share and 2 children share paying them money.

You can all mutually(5 people) agree to partition the properties equally among your selfs and then execute a Partition deed to complete partition. If no agreement is reached then the you can file a suit for partition and let the court decide the share of each heir.

Respected From your facts of the case, you have mentioned that the property is an ancestral property. Out of that your have 1 equal share among other. You can pay to them only irrespective of their respective share not to whole property. Here in case if they agreed, then you can transfer their "right of their respective share" by way of release deed.
