After the amendment to the Hindu Succession Act in 2005, a daughter too is a class1 legal heir of the father and that applies to married daughters too. As your father died in 2018 which is after the amendment took place, so the property would be transferred to all his sons and daughters in equal share.

hi
if the ancestral property you are all equal share including your sisters in your ancestor property. the latest judgment had been passed so you three are all equal share in the ancestor property.

you are three have equal right, title and interest over the ancestor property.

As per amendment of hindu sucession act 2005, if theregistered partition was not taken place before 20th. December 2004, both male and female sons and daughters are entitle for equal shares. So, all children are entitle for equal shares if mother is not alive. If mother is alive, then saparate caliculation has to make.
