disputes on mutation put on 7/12 utara in maharashtra state

N.A.land situated in dist thane ambarnath city mutation (decree) of rs.11600/- put by income tax dept. in 1972 and & of rs.21000/- put by thane civil court in 1972/- through ambarnath tahsil both of these decree removed in 1997 june by given proof of pmt. to tahsil office ulhasnagar, but again in 2017 november it has seen again on 7/12 utara after 20 yrs. both matters are 45 years old now tahsil office ambarnath demanding proof of pmt. to withdrow both decree(mutation ) on 7/12. at present I have lost pmt. proof of I tax what is a solution on this disputes as there is not notice recd. from I. tax dept. or civil court thane for forfeiting property it does that we have cleard all dues. pls. guide me what is solution for this matter
