Hello

Hello Sir.

This is Adv. Shrikant.

If your Grandfather has made a Will and had passed away, property would go to the beneficiary/ beneficiaries in terms of the bequeathment.

However if Grandfather had passed away without making a will, property would be devided equally among the class 1 legal heirs.

You need to hire an expert advocate in this regard ! If there is any dispute we need to check all the legalities etc ! Kindly b in touch to know whether we need to file suit for partition n possession etc
