Dispute with neighbors what legal action can I take

We are staying in a Chawl as a tenant since last 60 years There is a case is going on since 2011 of encroachment of private land beetween my Landlord and Adjacent bldg and BMC demolished my Adjacent bldg 6 to 8 times without any proper net or precautions and made all debris fallen on my roofs(Kavla) and damaged my home very badly. Despite of many complaints and request every time they demolishes the part of that bldg and make all debris fall on my house. and my landlord wants the same result to we leave that place. Kindly help us as case is going on BMC will demolish it again.
