dispute over property - can my uncles claim if their name not on deed
25-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
We were immigrants from east bengal during 1947 and our present house is built on the land given to my grandmother by the government. It is not a purchased land. As two of my uncles were working at that time, their name was not in the deed, only my grandmother's name, my aunt, one uncle and my father's name is there. They never lived in the house nor did they paid any taxes for the house. My question is can they claim the property although, it was neither my grandmother's nor my grandfather's????
