Dispute over Inherited Property

17-Apr-2024 (In Property Law)
My father died without any will. We have 4acres as inherited property. My younger brother had already made house over 2 acres of the land long ago. Recently my older brother have started constructing his house over the rest of the 2 acres. But my sister is raising objection against it and has filed a case against my older brother. I don't have any objection and have given my share to my older brother. Can my sister still have objection or file a case against my older brother?

To give opinion it is necessary to know about the legal heirs and heiresses of your deceased father. It is also necessary to know if the property is in the name of your deceased father, then in whose name the building plan has been sanctioned.
