Dispute on ancestors property

I have property in padubidri near Udupi . The said property is in the name of grand mother. She is having five daughters and two sons. Now grand mother and her elder daughter who stays in that house both died. However one of sone and daughter in law captivated the house and saying that property is automatically transferred to that elder daughter and now we are having rights being her son and daughter in law. Please guide

if you are grandmother has not written I will in her favour that daughter in law does not get automatic right over the property. you have to Friday partition suit in the jurisdiction Court ( depending upon its valuation) and can get the property divided.
