dispute of Pond land in village

My house was built just next to a Pond around 25 years back. Now due to some social conflicts and issues, the authorities of revenue department came and measured the area of land as per map and declared that a portion of my house is coming under the land belonging to pond. A case has also been filed. I requested for re-measurement but no action was taken. Pls suggest as per revenue rules how this situation can be tackled. I am ready to give my personal land nearby in lieu of the pond land if the govt permits and the law permits. I belong to Uttar Pradesh.
you should submit an application for measurement. of no action is taken on the same then you can file case for direction to the revenue department in High Court for measurement.
of they decide the same against you or reject your application then appeal can be filled challenging the daud orders.

if your house is not built on pond file application once again to remove measurement if it is not accepted then u fight the case till the end and after loosing the case u file apple and in apple once again file the application of measurement of disputed pond and show in this prociding that u already file a application in lower court If the application is allowed that will clear what to do if u loose the case once again u have to a chance to file a case in civil court against the government authority for permanent injunction and this is title suit.
