Dispute of Owning home built by self expenses but is on father's name

My brother has filed a case regarding the property of my father. In that Property I have Built my home on band which is on father's name.How can I claim my name on that home legally.My father has passed away 2 years ago.My brother wants the home which I have built on self expenses.How do I save my home
Has father made any will? Also what all proofs do u have showing the you have incurred expenses for building the same. Also do you have anything to show that your father was willing to give the said property to you.
