Hi Sir,
I posted my property for sale which is in Hyderabad and i live in another city, a person was interested to buy the property and paid advance now he backed out of the deal after 2 months of waiting without any reason. i want to forfeit part of the advance amount. he insisted that i ask my tenants to vacate the property and i close any outstanding loan, both were done. He threatende me with dare consequences if i dont' return his money and informed the association so that i don't sell
