Hello Sir.

This is Adv. Shrikant Samantara.

Sir just an affidavit, stating almost the same contents, as of Publication to be, has to be notarised, followed by the Publication by the newspaper agency.

Feel free to reach out for further queries.

Regards.

giving notice in newspaper does disentitle or can disown you from property thus they are required to get order from court to disown you properly so trchnically you are not disowned by your father.

just give another public notice for owining you will nullify the effect.

The notice will be sent on the letterhead of an advocate and in that it will be written that my clients have mutually agreed to share the property with his son. And then it can be published in the leading newspapers of your area. The reference of the previous notice will be required. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
