I have been disowned by my parents from their properties under the pressure of my elder brother.nOn discussion now they are again agreed to share their properties between us.nNow I would like to publish a Public Notice in leading National Newspaper on their behalf by cancel the earlier public notice.nIs there any kind of documents required from my parents or otherwise and what is charges/fees.nWith regards
giving notice in newspaper does disentitle or can disown you from property thus they are required to get order from court to disown you properly so trchnically you are not disowned by your father.

The notice will be sent on the letterhead of an advocate and in that it will be written that my clients have mutually agreed to share the property with his son. And then it can be published in the leading newspapers of your area. The reference of the previous notice will be required. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
