Disowned daughter claiming share after land is sold

I bought an agriculture land , The land was granted land and has been partitioned among family is first and second generation. The seller provided a notarized family tree excl one sister(family issue) this was not known to seller, During registration Mother along with 4 brother and 1 sister was available and signed Now after an year when i went to land the excluded daughter came and asking for compensation. The land registration is completed along with Mutation and RTC. What are buyer remedies

You should have disclosed her name in family tree and if you are admitting she is a joint family member then you can’t defeat her rights so take confidence of other buyer or warn them for not disclosing and put burden on them.
