Discrepancy in patta measurements and the sale deed

I bought a house in karupayurani near madurai. Subsequently When i applied for the patta for the land, the measurement on the one side of the patta is less than that shown in the sale deed by a 150sqft. I bought the house from bank loan, now they ask us to submit the patta. Please advise.
