disclosure of disputes related to an agricultural land before its sale

Is it mandatory for the owner to inform court if he's sells agriculture land whose dispute is pending before the court.

dont sell if their is stay granted by court. everything depend on case to case if the property which is in dispute is clear and the dispute created is just to obstruct the litigants then you can sell better contact local lawyer and share your case and take his opinion before dealing with your property

1. Yes. Without clearing the dispute in case of agricultural land you are mostly liable for selling that land with intention of fraudly & dishonestly . You can face the charges of dishonest & fraud , If you sell that disputed land .

2. Secondly , The agricultural land dispute is pending before the court of law ; You prior inform the court before selling otherwise you are liable for dishonest & fraud to other parties .
