Development charges documents lost

I have lost my Development charges documents, how can I get them, where can I get them, I have searched in net, but didn't find anything useful information.
if your development agreement is registered in the register office then you can apply a certified copy of the document by providing the document number and the date of registration same is valid in matter of agreement
