As per DA ,at the time of handover of building to the developer for redevelopent, the amount standing under head of Sinking fund/repair fund has to be intimated to builder and the such amount cannot be dispersed . the builder has to give an amount proportinate to the said amount based on area constructed for new members at the time of admissionof new members to society.However builder in cohorts with some committee members is violating this agreement. Pl guide on recourse
Well, you need to collect evidences first, if the Builder is violating any agreement or contract. Without you collecting evidences and going in Court is like going for exams without studying. Got my point.
