Sir, I am from tamilnadu, I want to demolish my old residential house and build a new building for rental purposes and my plan is to construct a building with three shops and two houses to give it for rent.nThe house is registered in my mother name and she is also agree for this. So what is the procedure? What are all the documents I need? And will I need to convert my residential property into Commericial?
