Sir/ Mam, I have documents for my land(since 1973), the border of my land was occupied by the neighbour and was in usage for more than two decades. But I have the documents, where the land clearly belongs to me. 1. I have filed a case in prncipal subordinate court in coimbatore. 2. How long will it take to recieve a judgement in this case?

Usually such type of cases take time, average time will be around 2–3 years. But time period can be varies from court to court, depending upon the courts, attitude of opposite lawyers, no. Of witnesses to be examined from from both side etc.

the case will be heard until all the evidence documentary evidence produced at the final step arguments is closed to until this stage how long it will take the case will also take as long so to expiry date package you should give pressure to the court to hear add very quick and the shorter German days until you are not a pressurized the code to get shorter German dates for enquiry and everything will be prolonged
