Demand of excess money by Lawyer

Hi I am from delhi. I have hired one lawyer for conversion of my property to freehold. We have agred on 2019 that 60k total amount and 10k for some documents. Till now i have given 92k on his bank account and 30k to someothers account which he tell me do so. Now my case is stuck with DDA because he abused DDA officer and Lawyer is now demanding 20k (Sating that all money was used in our case and 20k is my fee).
He is threatening me that The documents he prepared was fake and my sign is there and if i don't give me money he file a case.(Reality is he didn't informed me that papers was fake he just said i have completed the document chain for DDA. He is giving me threat calls too. Please guide me
First of all I don't see any reason why to engage a lawyer for getting the property freehold from leasehold it is very simple being the legitimate owner or legal higher of the property you can approach the concerned DDE office or the concerned municipality office for getting the property converted into freehold. If the lawyer has duped you you can complain against him in the concerned bar council I have dictated the answers are there maybe some great typographical error thank you

Well ! You have narrated the part which may or may not be faulty on Advocate’s part. But you have not mentioned anything about your fault ! Nevertheless, the documents which you signed would b treated that those were signed by you …secondly I would recommend you to handle this situation politely rather fighting with advocate or DDA
