Respected sir/madam

For deletion of your uncle name you have to execute gift deed or release deed in your mother or your favour and for that you ha e to pay stamp duty on 50% share of flat. In mumbai you have to pay stamp duty of 6% on present market value of the flat on 50% share of your uncle

This is my response to you:
1. He will have to enter into a release deed;
2. He will have to pay the stamp duty;
3. An NOC will not suffice;
4. He will have to also sign an indemnity bond;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
