Delaying in registration by builder

Possession given in Nov 2018 and all documentation and payment done but not being fulfilled the registration formalities..
All you need to do is immediately send a legal notice for registration and provide a time and if not complied then you have to approach the consumer court. If the project is registered under the West Bengal Housing and Industrial Regulation Act then you can approach the concerned authority otherwise you have to approach the consumer court. As per your query in law rato a u can proceed against the builder in consumer forum as early as possible and asked for compensation, litigation as well as delay for registration as file the case as early as possible
