Property is on mortgage with cholamandalam finance and borrower not cleared. Trapped me hiding the facts and made agreement of sale on 05.6.2022. Borrower account is NPA, creditor pasted notice sec.13(4) on 03.10.2024. Owner given me, house possession on my total payment. I, being a third-party suffering due to my life term earnings on hanging. Iam, retired civil servant, kindly help me, how extricate from this complication, I, being a sr.citizen of 63 years age, with miserable life,tends death
hi sir first need to see the agreement clauses in the deed and if the seller had not stated that the property is taken on mortgage then you could send him legal notice for paying the amount already paid to him and proceed accordingly
