Delayed possession of flats damaged lossesr

In joint venture project I given my property to Builder to construct with Agreement share 50 percent.Buider sold out 2 Flats out of 4 and my share of 2 flats out of 4 not giving Possession
You can enforce performance of the said joint venture agreement against the builder seeking possession of your share of the flats. The same can be done by approaching the Court by way of a suit. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

This is the matter in which your contractual terms need to be reviewed. if the terms expressly mentions your entitlements then you have a strong case to enforce your right with a civil suit and ask for specific performance. Time is also of essence as if the remaining flats are sold it may legally complicate things for you. You should also explore the option of injunction.
