builder has said to give possession in july2020, but till now not given, can I file a complain in rera for compensation and possession both
you can file a complaint against the builder as he had done the commitment. to give possession and had not yet given. you can show the agreement signed by him and you in respect of this case. and either claim specific performance of the contract or get the compensation
