delay in possession of flat purchased 3 years ago promised to deliver

purchased a flat in gaur city 7th avenue 3 years ago they promised to deliver it on december2020 but still only building structured is ready will take atleast an year to complete anyhow.
whenever ask them they have only 1 reason covid dont know what to do as i am paying huge rent along with monthly emi.
Well, in the year 2020, extension of 6 months was delivered. At the same time, if you are willing for delayed interest, the came can definitely be claimed except this 6 months. For refund, if its just one year far, then rera ia not going to give favourable order. Best would be to move nclt or consumer court.

please share your all relevant information and documents related with your flat. you can send a legal notice to the builder either give possession of the flat according to the builder buyer agreement otherwise refund your all money deposited with the builder with interest from the date of deposit. however generally appropriately six months time always mention in all builder buyer agreement as grace period. you can contact me for further detail discussion and plan of action for filing the petition either in consumer forum or in RERA.
