DELAY IN HANDOVER OF FLAT BY BUILDER

I BOUGHT A 1 BHK FLAT IN AMBIVALI.FALCO PINSHIRE PROJECT IN 2012.I MADE FULL PAYMENT OF 22 LAKHS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT POSSESSION OF FLAT.THE BUILDER DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY QUERIES AND CONSTRUCTION HAS NOT STARTED.NOW THE BUILDERS WEBSITE SAYS POSSESSION IN DEC 2021.WHAT SHOULD I DO ?CAN I GET A REFUND?
Dear Querist,
Is an agreement for sell registered between you and builder? If yes then you can file a complaint under Rera and seek withdrawal from project and refund alongwith compensation and interest.

If you wish to get refund then you have to send notice through advocate and after that if builder not given reply to your notice or refunded your amount then you have to approach rera authority
