Delay condone apeal in High court

District court judge had passed the order in 2022- january and now ( 2023- October)the other parties are filled delay condone apeal in high court.
Is it possible to file delay condone after 2years of passing the judgement
hi yes they could file condone delay petition with the delay of 2 years provided if they had explained proper reason for the delay occured and it but you could contest the same as it is filed without any proper explanation
