Defence NoC regarding issue file against my property re under mp govt

My name Sanjay yadav lived nowgong mp my agricultural land and I am construct my house for residential purpose I am get noc from local municipality nowgong but army soldiers are harass me and my family and construction is incomplete because they file case in local court for distance upto 100 meter no construction zone nearby defence land but my property is opposite the vacant land and mid NH-75 but they are harass to me becase court intrim stay on case so please help me for further proceedings
Let me know about the interim stay order .U can get the stay vacated if it is passed against u from the High court .Let me also know about the proceedings till today .If there is no progress then send me case no so I can check it online and guide u. Contact me for further help.
