Defaulter Builder :- registry not done but posession letter offered

The builder has offered the possession to me but I am not able to do the registry of my flat as the builder has not cleared the dues with Authority. The builder has shifted his office without intimation and is not responding on phone. The issue pinching me is, I am paying high interest rate on house building advance taken from my organization @9% and I am not able to shift my loan to any PSU/Pvt bank which are offering home loan @6.9%, as bank mandates registry in owners name to sanction the loan.

You need to file a case before RERA
The Builder must not have paid Pratikar Charges that's why the allotted Unit is not able to be registered.

fit case to approach RERA incase the builder and your housing project is registered under RERA. Else, move to the consumer forum as this is a peculiar case of deficiency in service. You may send a legal notice ek the builder first, and then file a case
