Defamation case filed by builder against me

I bought villa in lko by taking homeloan from HDFC.later builder did it's forged registry to smone else.papers of forged registry are not disclosed .when I informed bank about this, builder field case of defamation against me.
What should I do to defend myself.
you should project the forged registry in front of the bank you should send reply to notice of defamation the builder should be sent a legal notice however you have to give proof to defend yourself so see what type of defamation are they referring to

you have to file a counter against that defamation case which has been instituted against you and you need to disclose all the things which did not create a ground of defamation against you
