Deemed conveyance for housing Society

Respected Sir/ Madam As we have a single plot which is having one CTS No , on which there are four societies, three are willing to go for deem conveyance but one society is not willing to do so because they are being favoured the builder in this case how does the other societies get the deem conveyance. Is demarcation of the plot possible.pl guide us we are 40 years old societies.

Dear Querist, Deemed conveyance can be granted for entire layout but if all societies are not ready then individual societies can name application for deemed conveyance with plinth area.

Is there any reason for not supporting other societies
