Decree kese banwayein aur kya documents needed hain

Mere chacha ji Agra me rehte the aur unhone gda plot ke liye apply Kiya tha GDA me jiske full payment wo kar chuke the lekin registry nahi karwa paye the..use pehle hi unki death ho gayi. Wo handicapped the..army me job karte the Agra me hi...wo married nahi the to jab succession certificate banwaya gaya..usme unke vaaris me mere father ka naam aur baki chacha bua ka naam mention hai..GDA walo ne kaha chacha ka Decree banwa ke lao.. wo decree kese banwaya jayega aur kya documents needed honge ?
apke chacha army mein apko documents ki pariah hain succession certificate bandana padega it will take 6 months chacha ki decree banana ke like parley to cost of land kya hain woh decree bhi court se Liya jayega

I think they're are not asking for the decree they are asking succession certificate which will be issued by Court. Probably you have given him Waarisan Praman Ptra / Legal heir Certificate.
