DDA Flat ( Money paid to DDA but posession not taken)

Hi Team,
I was alloted the DDa flat in Rohini in the draw and whole the money is paid to DDA and bank loan is also cleared but the fat posession is not yet taken from DDA.
The allotment letter was done in 2014.
What is the process to get the posession and registry done now with DDA?
You may initiate Legal proceedings against the DDA by filing a suit for permanent injunction. The same must be done as expeditiously as possible. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion. Please feel free to get in touch for any further suggestions.

in this case we have to move to high court for directions
.through writ petition only.
high court only have the power to directvthe DDA to hand over the posesssion .
in this matter u have delay of about 5 years so you need to go through court
