dc conversion ptcl land site for buying safe or not

The Land grant was given to SC community member in 1978,and she converted land to non agri land through DC Conversion in 1997 dated may 2000 after the formation of the sites,the indivisual sites are assessed in her name for the payment of the property tax and she has paid upto date property tax and vendor excuted a genral power of attorney in favour of xyz name in june 2000 register document in subregister office and few houses have come up and have Khatas in their names from gram panchayth.so in this land site purchasing are safe or not

l advice you not to buy that site. Almost all who bought PTCL lands later land up in trouble. These conversion, up to date tax, Khatha, are all waste, as except Sale permission nothing else validates that kind of land. Not at all safe.
