Daughter's share in mother's property

my mom passed away she had two sites my brother took it my father is alive he says you are not related to me you are not my daughter no contacts after my mom's death what should I? they have cut all the links with me How should I go about please help me solve m problem
claim partition over the property saying that the same was purchased out of joint family funds and u have every right to seek for the share of the mother when it become the joint family property you can file a suit for partition against your father and brother.
If the property was in your mom's name then after her death, in the absence of any sort of testamentary documents, you can claim your share in your mother's property. Neither your brother or father can deny your right to share in your mother's property as per law.
