Daughters rights in property got to son by father by Settlement deed?

Sir actually we are going to purchase a a property by a person called SHAM ,nSHAM got the property from his father LAKSHMAN by Settlement Deed paper( registered) in 2000 year LAKSHMAN ( SHAM FATHER ) purchased property in 1971 , Lakshman has 6 daughters along with one son ( SHAM) nnMy question is do we need to take signature of 6 sister of SHAM during registration? Does the 6 sisters have any rights in property?nnProperty transfer mode nFather ( Lakshman) to son (sham ) by Settlement Deed

First thing, you should make sure the reason why it is a settlement deed but not a gift deed.
The problem may arise in future so it is safer to take signatures from all sisters on the papers and it is better for you to scrutinize all papers and documents by a lawyer.
