Daughters right in mothers immovable property mother died in 2002

married daughter died before 1995 and mother died 2002. can claim married daughter of daughter on immmovable property left by mother?
Atfirst let me know that the daughter was Hindu or not???? According to Hindu Succession Act the daughter of predeceased daughter can inherited the property from ancestral's property. For further details you can take advice from a civil lawyer. Thank you.

If there is a predeceased daughter then the property of the mother shall go to the legal heirs of her predeceased daughter, that is her children, if any, otherwise the same shall be distributed to the next set of legal heirs as per the Hindu succession act
